In the first issue of the journal “Theoretical and Practical Aspects of Management” for 2016 published an article by Yuri Emelyanov “The development of partnership relations between the state, science, education and business”.

In his work, the author says that the Russian economy has the potential to accelerate economic growth primarily by combining financial resources of the state and business. Thus, first of all, it is necessary to improve the existing mechanisms of public-private partnership.
