Increasing operational efficiency of the “Ural-Design”

In August 2018 IRIAS IMI Consulting Center under the guidance of the Director and Lead consultant S. V. Hainish, in cooperation with LLC “Ural-Design”, began to develop a joint project to improve operational efficiency and development of “Ural-Design”. The project will end in December this year and fulfill several key tasks at once. Among them: the formation and implementation of innovative proposals to reduce operating costs, accelerate key business processes and increase productivity.
