12 and 13 September 2018 the International Scientific and Practical Conference “Big Eurasia: National and Civilizational Aspects of Development and Cooperation” was held, organized by: Institute of World Civilizations, Institute of Scientific Information on Social Sciences of the Russian Academy of Sciences, Eurasian Information and Analytical Consortium.
General director of the IRIAS and member of the Program Committee Alexander Ageev spoke on September 12, 2018 at the Plenary meeting of the conference with the report “Eurasia and the Power Transformation of the World Economic Order”.
The purpose of the conference is a constructive discussion of key problems of the socio-economic and innovation-technological development of the countries of Greater Eurasia, strategies and mechanisms for international interaction and cooperation, integration and disintegration processes occurring in the modern world, presentation of results and prospects in the field of international economic, innovation-technological, scientific and cultural cooperation of the countries of Greater Eurasia.
The conference was attended by leading Russian and foreign experts, representatives of relevant ministries and departments, interested representatives of business structures, political parties and public organizations, and many others.
