Joint work with specialists of the JSC “Syzran Oil Refinery”

The International Management & Investment Consulting (IMI Consulting) of the International Research Institute for Advanced Systems continued joint work with specialists of the JSC “Syzran Oil Refinery”, which is one of the numerous large enterprises of NK “Rosneft”.

The main objective was the creation of a roadmap of continuous improvement of the system and a package of measures to improve operating efficiency. The experience of foreign and domestic enterprises on these issues was considered, the task of preparing the personnel innovation asset of the plant (up to 1 thousand people) during 2017 – 2018 is being solved.
