Joint work with the specialists of the enterprise LLC «PK «Hlebnik»

The International Management & Investment Consulting (IMI Consulting) held a joint work with the specialists of the enterprise LLC «PK «Hlebnik» (Moscow region) on the topic “Increase of operational efficiency of production activity using the best practices of world management”. The project included: assessment and optimization of the company’s current expenses, improving the management of fixed assets, optimizing the motivation and remuneration system for staff, developing a package of innovative tasks, introducing lean and rapidly reacting production in the areas of the system.
