Meeting-seminar for stop managers of the Aviation Complex named after S.V. Ilyushin

16-18 March 2017 the International Management & Investment Consulting (IMI Consulting) held a meeting-seminar for top managers of the Aviation Complex named after S.V. Ilyushin. 

More than 30 people took part in the event. The theme of the seminar was “The main directions and tasks to improving the management system of OJSC “IL”using advanced management technologies” disclosed such concepts as benchmarking, lean and rapidly reacting production, the theory of system constraints, and management by objectives – in application to real business processes. The 5-step transformation platform of the company developed by the Center was developed in detail, which allows to optimize work processes.
