Seminar-meeting at LLC “Krasnoleninsky Oil Refinery”

The International Management & Investment Consulting (IMI Consulting) of the IRIAS held a 3-day workshop in LLC “Krasnoleninsky Oil Refinery” (Nyagan, Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous District) on the theme “Revitalization of the program for enhancing operational efficiency and the creation of a continuous improvement system at the enterprise”. Among other things, within 4 days in JSC “SUPTR-10” (Priobye, Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous District) the Center conducted a joint work with specialists of the company on the theme: “Improving operational efficiency of JSC “SUPTR-10″ using advanced management technologies”.
