The project was implemented in Syzran Refinery “Rosneft”

The International Management & Investment Consulting (IMI Consulting) of the International Research Institute for Advanced Systems implemented the project in Syzran Refinery “Rosneft”, which is one of the largest enterprises of  “Rosneft” on the theme “Activation of work on the implementation of the program to improve the operational efficiency of the enterprise and build a system of continuous improvements.” The project was the result of the joint work of the consultants of the IMI Consulting and the management personnel of the refinery.
