Two meetings and seminars in Nyurbinsky and Aikhal mining and processing divisions «ALROSA»

15-27 March 2015 the International Management & Investment Consulting (IMI Consulting) conducted two meetings and seminars in Nyurbinsky and Aikhal mining and processing divisions «ALROSA» (Mirny and Aikhal settlements, Sakha Yakutia) on the topic “Increasing operational efficiency of production structures” for top managers. In addition to active training and rapid diagnostics of the current state of enterprises, a package of concrete innovative measures was developed, jointly with consultants, and approved for practical implementation, including low-cost and fast-implementing measures with significant economic effect.
