IRIAS won the tender JSC “Novokuibyshevsk Oil Refinery”

JSC “Novokuibyshevsk Oil Refinery” informs that in the tender “The provision of services for conducting two seminars on the general theme” Enhancing the work on the implementation of the Program for increasing operational efficiency  and creating a system of continuous improvement in the enterprise” won  the International Research Institute for Advanced Systems (Moscow). 

Based on the information provided by the International Management & Investment Consulting (IMI Consulting) in conjunction with the management staff of the JSC “NC Oil Refinery” top and middle management level, 2 meetings-seminars were held on the theme: “Enhancement of operations to improve operational efficiency and establish a continuous improvement system”. In total, the seminar was attended by more than 70 people who were divided into 2 scientific groups. Based on the results, active training was conducted with the use of advanced practices of world management, rapid diagnosis of the situation in the modern world. Also a package of specific activities was formed and its initial study was conducted. The project manager became prof. Hainish S.V.
