Joint work with specialists of the JSC “Syzran Oil Refinery”

The International Management & Investment Consulting (IMI Consulting) of the International Research Institute for Advanced Systems held a joint work with specialists of the JSC “Syzran Oil Refinery”, which is one of the numerous large enterprises of NK “Rosneft”.

The priority direction of work was the development of a comprehensive program for transforming the development of the enterprise for 2016-2025. The integrated program includes such documents as a mission, strategic goals, core values, key performance indicators, innovative projects, including measures with a rapid economic effect (3 billion rubles), as well as a roadmap for active development of the plant in a short, medium and long term.
