Micro – and nanoscale devices: problems and perspectives of creation and application

A transcript of a unique joint scientific and practical seminar of the International Research Institute for Advanced Systems and the Institute for Economic Strategies on the topic “Micro- and nanoscale devices: problems and perspectives of creation and application” was held on December 21, 2017.

This study covers the most important aspects of the creation and application of micro- and nanoscale devices. Among the possible problems solved by space systems on the basis of micro-ka can be attributed the following: space education, development of new technologies and experiments in space, scientific research, remote sensing of the Earth, communication and communication systems.
