Increasing operational efficiency of the JSC “Syzran Oil Refinery”

From 20 March to 15 May 2017 the International Management & Investment Consulting (IMI Consulting) worked with specialists of service units of the JSC “Syzran Oil Refinery”, which is one of the numerous large enterprises of NK “Rosneft”.

The event was attended by over 60 people. The preparatory stage began with the interaction of participants in a remote mode and, then, a joint workshop was held at the enterprise. The meeting was devoted to the issue of developing practical recommendations for increasing operational efficiency, which, with proper functioning, will provide a predictable economic effect, which will allow the company to save several hundred million rubles.
