Work meeting with specialists of Novokuybyshevsky Refinery JSC

In June 2017 the International Management & Investment Consulting (IMI Consulting) held a work meeting with specialists of the mid-level management of service departments of JSC Novokuibyshevsky Oil Refinery, which is one of the numerous large enterprises of NK “Rosneft”.

More than 40 people took part in the meeting. The participants discussed the topics on the revitalization of the Program for enhancing operational efficiency, examined methods and new approaches to active training of specialists in advanced management technologies, as well as ways of forming and initial working out a package of measures with a rapid economic effect.
